The penetration of banking products is on the lower side in our country compared to developed nations. So it is expected that this industry will continue to grow at a good rate in the foreseeable future.

This industry also happens to be a large employer of skilled manpower. As the industry continues to grow, so is the requirement of manpower. As an estimate , India will need almost 10 L people in this industry in next 5 years.
